Rhoni Whyard is TWC’s Chief Operations Officer. Rhoni has led and supported growing businesses for over 23 years to develop and execute strategies and advance operational efficiencies. For the last decade she has worked solely within the environmental consulting industry. With support from the management team, Rhoni will build and implement strategies to advance TWC operational efficiencies.
