Kirsten Krywko is the Chief People & Culture Officer at TWC with an educational background in both environmental sciences and business. She has over 20 years of experience supporting the business operations of growing companies both as a senior leader in general management and human resources. She is responsible for promoting an organizational culture that follows TWC's core values of trust, respect, integrity, and reciprocity as well as establishing and maintaining HR processes to support the ongoing development of team members and the organization.
