Kaitlin Barr is a Senior Human Environment Specialist at TWC. Kaitlin manages the development of environmental impact assessments, provides regulatory advice to TWC staff and clients, leads or participates in the development of technical reports, and supports relationship building with Indigenous Nations. She has over 10 years of experience managing engagement programs, strategic planning, and engagement reporting. She has a Bachelor of Arts, International Relations and has cultivated a unique blend of engagement experience and communications expertise during her career.
