Izsy St. Laurent is a Document Production Specialist at TWC. She is responsible for formatting, processing and compilation of documents to meet our quality standards. Izsy has over 10 years of experience producing quality documentation and ensuring the content and system practices comply to a variety of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and local legislation. She has a Technical Writing certificate from the University of Alberta and a Project Management and Quality Management certificate from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).
