Tricia is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years of combined accounting and financial experience in various industries, including project-based environments. She is skilled in finding innovative solutions to improve processes, and holds advanced financial expertise.
Kausaliya Rangarajan
Kausaliya Rangarajan is TWC's Business Operations Manager, overseeing multiple areas within the organization, including Corporate Services, IT, and the Project Management Office. Kausaliya ensures organisational productivity by regularly reviewing systems and processes and focusing on continual iprovement. She has senior level experience delivering projects, managing PMOs and financial operations, and developing business process architectures. She is inspired by solution-oriented thinking, process efficiencies, and collaborative leadership.
Kirsten Krywko
Kirsten Krywko is the Manager of Human Resources and has over 20 years of experience in supporting business operations at growing companies as a senior leader in general management and human resources along with an educational background in both environmental sciences and business. She is responsible for promoting an organizational culture that follows TWC's core values of trust, respect, integrity, and reciprocity as well as establishing and maintaining HR processes to support the ongoing development of team members and the organization.
Alan Calder
Alan Calder is TWC's Quality Manager. In this capacity, he oversees TWC's Technical Leads who are responsible for defining, refining and directing TWC's services. Alan is also a Senior Project Manager and Regulatory Advisor with more than 26 years’ experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects in the environmental and sustainability field. His experience and insights from senior Regulatory and consultancy roles convey the skills, knowledge and technical authority necessary to provide leadership and strategic direction to impacy assessment and permitting processes, and to deliver high-quality environmental and Engagement services for a diverse group of clients and target audience
Asmin Chen
Asmin Chen is the PMO Manager at Two Worlds Consulting; in her role she is responsible for facilitating Governance processes, creating tools, standards, and methodology, managing the PMO , and fostering a working relationship with project managers. Asmin is a relationship builder who consistently goes above and beyond to deliver results in all aspects of projects using a strategic and methodical approach. She is a seasoned professional who builds and refines processes to increase efficiency and productivity of internal and external teams.
Aurora Van Buren
Aurora Van Buren is TWC's Human Environment Manager. In this capacity, she leads and supports the performance of the Lands & Culture, Engagement, Social Impact and Reconciliation Teams. Aurora has had the privilege of collaborating with Indigenous Nations across Canada to document Indigenous Knowledge for use by Indigenous Governments, as well as in consultation and Regulatory processes. Aurora as been a technical lead on both federally and provincially regulated impact assessments throughout Canada, providing expert testimony for review panels. The landscape of environmental management is rapidly changing, and Aurora has developed new assessment methods to address emerging project risks and respond to increased expectations of all parties. A proven public speaker, Aurora has also led public open houses and workshops for controversial projects.
Jennifer Campbell
Jennifer Campbell is TWC’s proud Founder and CEO. Jennifer is an experienced Project Management Professional and Environmental Professional. She began her career in the environmental field over two decades ago where she has worked as a government regulator and consultant. Jennifer’s experience and expertise allows her to effectively lead her team through complex projects, implementing TWC’s Reconciliation Action Plan through each step of the way.
