Nancy is a proud member of Qalipu Mi'kmaq First Nation and a Senior Project Manager at TWC. She is responsible for providing project management expertise and leadership for a variety of projects , including but not limited to, planning, budgeting, conflict resolution, and problem solving. Nancy recently led the environmental permitting and approvals process for Wataynikaneyap Power Transmission Line Power Project, an 1,800 kilometre transmission line project connecting 17 remote First Nation communities to the electrical grid for the first time. She has over 20 years of experience in the environmental field and a long running background in project development. Nancy's skill set includes strategic planning, business process development, profit and loss responsibility, logistics, contract management and negotiation, regulatory compliance, pro forma analysis, real estate transactions, investor interests and manufacturing.
